Abstract

In 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic which has strong infectivity and social harmfulness quietly came, which belongs to the major public health emergency. In the prevention and control of the epidemic, the governments should not only work hard to safeguard the lives, health and safety of the broad masses of people, but also prevent that further spread of the epidemic happens. Be faced with the COVID-19 epidemic, for our country and the Communist Party of China, it is a test of the progress of the national governance system and its governance capacity. In order to deal with the COVID-19 epidemic, at first time all kinds of temporary party organizations have been set up in various places to coordinate the parties, make efficient overall planning, respond to local conditions and do specific problem collective analysis. Why can temporary party organizations widely exist in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, and how does their mechanism of actions play a role in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. This paper will take the temporary party organization in Hubei Province as an example to explore the role of it in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic from the four aspects of overall planning, coordination of all parties, battle forts, and publicity and guidance.
